Return Eligibility

  1. You may return unopened, undamaged, and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
  2. Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
  3. To be eligible for a return, please provide a proof of purchase, such as your order number or a copy of your receipt.
  4. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products, sale items, or gift cards.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at information@seventeahouse.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable). Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  2. Package the item securely and include a note with your RMA number, name, and contact information.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  2. If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will also refund the associated shipping costs.

Exchanges

  1. If you wish to exchange a product for a different variety or blend, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  2. In case of a defective or damaged product, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Please contact our Customer Support team with the necessary information to initiate an exchange.
