    Hot Brew Tips:

    1. Boil 12oz  of water and heat it to 212°F (boiling).
    2. Place one tea bag into the water.
    3. Steep for 3 minutes. For a stronger flavor, you can steep for up to 5 minutes.

     

    Slow Brew Tips:

    1. Boil 16oz of water and heat it to 212°F (boiling).
    2. In your teapot or heatproof container, add:
    3. Steep for 10 minutes to allow the jujubes to infuse their natural sweetness and depth into the tea.

    *Serving Tip: Remove the tea bag and jujubes before serving. Adjust sweetness with additional rock sugar if desired.
