Each year, our team returns to the tea mountains of China. We walk the land, study the leaves, and listen closely. We work directly with tea farmers and master tea makers, learning the stories behind each harvest, its soil, its climate, its craft.
Every tea we select reflects a balance between nature and human intention. This is not mass production. It is care, time, and respect cup by cup.
Seven represents the rhythm of a full week,a reminder that every day is a goodness. Traditionally, tea is divided into six categories: Green, White, Yellow, Oolong, Black, and Dark.
We believe there is a seventh.
The Seventh Tea is personal. It is the tea that meets you exactly where you are. You may think you are choosing a tea, but often, it is the tea that finds you.
