A Sip of Spring: The Art and Soul of West Lake Dragon Well
"Spring lives on in the tender tips of carefully selected tea leaves."
Connected to Goodness: The Seven Teahouse Promise
At Seven Teahouse, our mission is to bridge the gap between ancient tea traditions and your modern cup. Our Dragon Well (Longjing) isn't just a product; it’s a Golden Leaf Award: Silver Award winner, recognized as the Best Green Tea Worldwide.
We don't just sell tea; we curate the "Taste of Craft." By sourcing directly from the lush terraces of Dragon Well Village in West Lake, Hangzhou, we ensure that every leaf is a testament to the timeless rhythm of nature.

🌱 Authentic Origin
Nestled in the unique microclimate of West Lake, our Longjing draws its soul from mineral-rich soil. It is celebrated for the "Four Wonders": a vibrant emerald hue, exquisitely flat leaves, floral fragrance, and a refreshingly sweet aftertaste.
🥈 Award-Winning Quality
Our Silver Award recognition at the Golden Leaf Awards ensures you are sipping one of the most prestigious green teas on the global market, meticulously graded for excellence.
The Journey of 36,000 Buds
To craft just one pound of Seven Teahouse Dragon Well, our artisans must meticulously handpick over 36,000 tender buds. Here is how we preserve the spring:
From 200°C pan-firing to the delicate final shaping, our tea masters use ten different hand movements to create the iconic flat, sword-like leaves.
- Handpicking: Only "one bud, one leaf" for maximum sweetness.
- Withering: 6–12 hours on bamboo trays to mellow grassy notes.
- Fixation (Pan-Firing): High-heat tossing to lock in the nutty, orchid fragrance.

How to Savor Your Dragon Well
To experience the full "Sip of Spring," follow our master brewer's tips:
- Water Temperature: 80°C - 90°C (175°F - 195°F). Avoid boiling water to preserve the delicate antioxidants and prevent bitterness.
- Vessel: A tall glass is preferred so you can watch the "tea dance" as leaves uprightly float and sink.
- Tasting Note: Look for the chestnut-like nuttiness followed by a refreshing, lingering sweetness.
