In this interactive workshop, we'll explore what authentic matcha really is, how it's grown and crafted, and what makes one matcha exceptional while another falls short. You'll learn how to taste matcha like a professional by evaluating its color, aroma, texture, umami, sweetness, and finish.

Together, we'll prepare a classic bowl of usucha using traditional techniques, then create three signature matcha drinks each highlighting a different flavor profile and a unique way to enjoy matcha.

Whether you're completely new to matcha or already drink it every day, you'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to choose better matcha and make café-quality matcha at home
