Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your tea. If you're not 100% happy, we're here to help.

At Seven TeaHouse, your happiness matters most. If you ever feel that your tea isn't right—whether it's a flavor you don't enjoy, a quality concern, or simply a change of heart—just reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a refund or exchange, no hassle.

Return Eligibility

  • You can return any product within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied for any reason.
  • Please keep the original packaging and provide your order number or receipt so we can process it quickly.
  • While we normally can’t take back opened or used items, if there’s an issue with the tea itself, we’ll fix it for you.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

Return Process

  1. Email information@seventeahouse.com with your order number, what went wrong, and photos if applicable.
  2. We’ll reply with simple instructions and, if needed, a Return Authorization.
  3. Package your item securely (if returning) and include your details.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received (if applicable), we’ll notify you right away.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect item), we’ll also refund your shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to try something else, just let us know. We’ll help arrange an exchange quickly.
  • If the item is defective or damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
