    About This Tea

    Umami Rich Ceremonial Matcha(浓醇抹茶)
Shade-grown for 20–30 days, Umami Rich Ceremonial Matcha is crafted from carefully selected tender tea leaves to develop its vibrant green color, rich umami, and gentle sweetness. The leaves are quickly steam-fixed to preserve their fresh character, then refined and finely ground for a smooth, creamy texture with low bitterness. Perfect for traditional whisked matcha or a refined matcha latte, it offers a fresh, comforting cup with a soft, lingering finish.

    Origin

    Wuxi, Jiangsu, China

Nestled in the tea-growing region of Wuxi, Jiangsu, this matcha benefits from a mild climate, seasonal rainfall, and fertile soils that support the growth of tender, high-quality tea leaves. Carefully shade-grown before harvest, the leaves develop their vibrant green color, smooth texture, and naturally rich umami character.
