ICED TEA | Blueberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

  • 40g fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 20ml simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)

  • 3g matcha powder

  • 60ml hot water (195°F)

  • 4–6 oz milk (we recommend a mix of oat milk and whole milk)

  • Ice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend blueberries with simple syrup until smooth.

  2. Whisk matcha with hot water until fully dissolved and frothy.

  3. In a glass, pour the blueberry syrup base. Add ice if desired.

  4. Slowly pour in milk (adjust to taste).

  5. Top with matcha for a beautiful layered effect. 

 

Yield: One 16-ounce serving
