Ingredients:

200ml (6.7oz) of 195°F water

20g sugar (optional sweetener)

5 grapes

1/2 lime
-
250g ice
Directions:

Brew the Grape Jasmine Green Tea bag and 20g of sugar (if using) in 200ml of water at 195°F for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bag.

Add 250g of ice to the tea, stirring until it melts slightly to cool the mixture.

Add 5 grapes and squeeze the juice of 1/2 lime into the tea. Gently mash the grapes to release their flavor.

Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
Yield: One 16-ounce serving
