Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brew the Grape Jasmine Green Tea bag and 20g of sugar (if using) in 200ml of water at 195°F for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bag.

  2. Add 250g of ice to the tea, stirring until it melts slightly to cool the mixture.

  3. Add 5 grapes and squeeze the juice of 1/2 lime into the tea. Gently mash the grapes to release their flavor.

  4. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.

 

Yield: One 16-ounce serving
